Here’s what I did with a large Butternut Squash that I purchased at the Lyndale Farmers’ market. I baked half and stovetop cooked the other half, just to see the results. There was soup in mind.

Lets have a Picnic! = I’ll bring the Coleslaw

To make this a five minute coleslaw you would have to use packaged stuff. (Never happened here.) It took maybe 15 minutes to make with a knife and cutting board to make this coleslaw recipe.
