Rainbow Sorbet Rose and Bee = Garden Gifts

Hybridizer Rainbow Sorbet Rose © Ckatt 9-9-21

Rainbow Sorbet is another Hybridizer Rose. (What is a hybridizer? When a person pollinates two different roses to create a new rose, the rose then is called a hybridizer.) Rainbow Sorbet’s name is another rose in my garden list that is part of the food category. Roses have a long history of hybridization.

,Thanks to the gardeners and volunteers of the Minneapolis Parks Board who maintain the Rose garden at Lake Harriet, for this year’s crop of roses. Hope you enjoy this collection as it appears on my blog.

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen
