Iris Flowers – Old Fashioned Blooms = Color Surprises in Sunshine in A Heat Wave

From the Lake Harriet Rose Garden 6-5 & 7-21 these photos were taken with a small Lumix Camera and iphone. Can you tell which camera I used for each photo?

Floral Eye Dazzlers made my day. My desire was to return each day, but our unusually high temperatures have curbed my enthusiasm. It’s 96F/36C outside. Love the sun, but not the heat.

Maybe I’ll make it back tomorrow?

Thanks for stopping by my kitchen

Have a cool day

Peace.

I can’t tell–they’re all gorgeous! Irises are one of my favourites. We have a huge purple one but a terrible rainstorm last week bent them all over so I cut them and brought them into the house. What a glorious bouquet!
