A Rose for Those Who are Lost to Our World – A Poem In Memoriam

CKatt May 31-2019

~ In Memoriam ~

A white rose for all of those

Innocents, who felled by hatred,

are lost to loved ones.

Grief so deep lets us arise against

the madness of spreading lies

Which rips the fabric of

our country and the Big world

Into a great divide.

***

Lay down your arms.

Stand by each others’ side

Join hands in peace

and cry out!

***

For all who are felled

let the rest of us remember

to speak for what brings us together

against the ever turbulent tide

That swells to overwhelm the good,

the honest, the wise, all the people,

Who want more than just to survive.

Let us live together.

“Let us live as One.” ~ John Lennon

Just to let you know I am following kunstkitchen, even when I don’t respond. I am in the middle of remodeling and not enjoy it all that much. The past two weeks have been beyond horrible. Maxihorribilisttic. RON WALKER
