As of March 2012, I am sorry to report that this bakery is closed. What a shame that another store is gone due to the economy.
All the local reviewers recognize the Franklin Street Bakery. I visited this second location for the first time a week ago. Impressed by this modest looking space that held jewel like fresh tartlets, cupcakes, cakes and yes, cupcake kabobs. (What fun!) I took pictures and ahhhed and said “Look at that!” over and over again. I love food and art – this is food art.
